Capturing Imagination

“I was born and raised in the Kingdom and I can appreciate all the benefits this environment has to offer”, Hani says. My background of 25 years in leading international IT companies has provided me with deep knowledge of Technology sector and due to this understanding as well as strong dynamics of the Saudi market, we thrive to prove how technological, social and business forces are converging to create enormous, untapped opportunities in an unconventional way,” he adds. His business partner Kamila explains, “In the times of technology driven transformation, companies need to realize they need to change also the way they market, sell, and communicate in general. Good old adaptation is simply not good enough.

The endless possibilities of ‘next best thing’ is happening so amazingly fast that it is literally impossible for most organizations to keep track of what new communication means market brings and more so, adapt them in their corporate processes, events, media campaigns or training programs. That’s where we come in and ensure the latest technology is on the forefront of all marketing initiatives’. In order to expand her horizons, this goal-oriented Czech professional went on to study Communication & Mass Media at tertiary level and is now reaping the rewards of her efforts with PRONTO’s dynamic potentials taking shape.

What is the philosophy behind the PRONTO brand and the services the organisation provides?

“PRONTO is about being ready for any challenge that is coming our way. Our byline ‘Capturing Imagination’ symbolises an ongoing, everlasting process of dreaming and being set free by endless possibilities of our minds. It is an energy that lifts us to fulfil our purpose in this field and in this world”, Kamila says. As relatively new entrant within the Saudi market, PRONTO is set to address the obvious hunger for fresh knowledge and innovative approach. “Companies today realise that the most important asset within their organisation is the brand itself and how is it perceived by their target audience. They acknowledge that sustainability is about more than just profit and that it requires long term planning to secure the fertile ground for growth and future expansion”, Hani explains. “With an enlightened approach to business, many Saudi organisations actively explore bold ways to give back to society and are brave in seeking expertise in order to ensure strong brand positioning to implement sound business practises.

This is the current trend and we can see vast potential in this area and strategic marketing in general”, he adds. PRONTO also recognizes the tremendous potential for specialised training. Due to the trend of increasingly opened media channels in pursue of opinions from industry and management leaders, PRONTO has expanded its Event division to include Media Training courses aimed at senior executives and government technocrats to improve their communication skills and be confident to pull off any discussion in the TV, press conferences or print media. Kamila says “As the Kingdom accelerates its socio-economic diversification strategy, existing industries are expanding rapidly and are becoming more sophisticated and media savvy. It is important to have a pro-active approach and be prepared for any media coverage as this has direct impact on the perception of the respective entity. Pronto’s portfolio of tailormade courses is therefore focused at diverse categories with one common aim: to train media-confident professionals.”

With regards to its Marketing services, the enterprising duo are focused on bringing unconventional concepts based on trends dictated by the market itself, rather than by offering traditional tools for their clients. This proves to deliver an edge to those companies they represent as it allows PRONTO to elaborate specific messages across all media channels: Print, TV, and Online. “Increasingly, companies realise they do not necessarily need to choose between expensive online marketing or a longterm print campaign in order to manifest their goals. Success of campaign depends on the consistency of a message and that involves visibility in a variety of media channels. We tap into such platforms that are a combination of these, while keeping the budget on the lower-edge and thus prove it is possible to communicate effectively across all media segments”, Kamila concludes.

Another tailor-made features such as 3D Mapping or Augmented Reality are embedded into PRONTO’s event concepts to present the ultimate sign of futuristic effects.

PURPLE, the colour of PURPOSE

Purple or Violet is often regarded as a colour of purpose. It is also a combination of blue and red. Red is a focusing, dynamic and active energy while blue is cooling, calming and expansive. Violet brings a new dynamic to the expansion of blue and the activity of red. Red brings practicality to the undirected expansiveness of the blue, and allows more creative energy to emerge. Therefore, put some violet in your life when you want to use your imagination to its fullest, re-balance your life and remove obstacles.

With a string of successful events such as 8th Conference of Meetings of Ministers of Endowments and Islamic Affairs held in Jeddah in 2009 or E-government National Conference held in Riyadh in 2010, PRONTO has proven its ability to deliver on large scale. As an expert in utilizing the latest technology, PRONTO was the first consultant to introduce the RFID system to the Saudi Event/Conference scene.

What does the future hold for PRONTO?

Hani is unequivocal in his response. “Our expansion is aimed at region with a close focus on Saudi market. We appreciate the opportunities that are available in the publishing sector, as well as those related to offering consultancy and marketing services to various brands that want to strengthen their advantage in the local market, or even enter it from abroad. There are many projects out there, but it really comes down to positioning PRONTO as partner to any organisation that seeks sustainable growth and that has a mission to progress in a healthy environment, addressing the needs of the society it lives in, in order to surpass its potential and contribute to the growth of the entire kingdom. These are the types of organisations we want to cooperate with and assist in nurturing even better success stories nationally and worldwide."
