This is the CGI graphics department capable of creating a full spectrum of graphics, both still and animated. This division works in conjunction with Add House and In House as their services are interactive and compliment the services offered by the two divisions. In addition to these services, Ice House also produces material for a host of once-off clients.
This Division is directed by Gavin Davis
“I Studied at the JHB art foundation and qualified as a Graphic Designer. Worked for a small agency for 2 years designing CI. Began to draw storyboards fords for a Production company and not long after started build 3d animation for the same company creating a 3D department. Then became the head of the animation department whilst starting to edit at the same time.
Moved to the largest Production Company at that stage “Video lab” and worked on various edit systems dealing directly with clients and Agencies. Left the Video lab and headed up the online & broadcast Edit system at a second Post production company of my career which I managed for over 5 years.
I then began my own studio focusing on Edit/Compositing/3d animation and also Directing commercials and Av corporate.
During this time I met up with Camhouse who at that time employed me full time and I have been adding to the Post production creative development of the company ensuring they have a polished world-class image and Post production team. Currently I am Creative Director for Ice House heading up the Post Production, dealing with Directing/ Editing/ Compositing/ Animation and overall Creative Direction.”
