The Villa
Adjacent to the Bungalows, the Villa consists of 4 rooms designed to match with their preserved environment face to the infinite scenery of the Indian Ocean. Each room is à priori individual but may also communicate to each other to welcome a large family or a party. A wide common sea and pool view terrace is the link to gather its occupants for a drink before heading to the restaurant. Spacious, elegant and comfortable, each room has a glass door which slides on to a private terrace. Each room comprises a four poster bed, a lounge, a semi-kitchenette and a bathroom. ‘Auberg’Inn’ The Restaurant The cosy and homely restaurant with its sea view garden terrace is open to outsiders and proposes “à la carte” a wide range of local and international fine dishes prepared from fresh products and served with care in a jazzy atmosphere. A wine list has been carefully selected by professionals to complement the different flavours.
Services & Facilities
• All the meals starting with breakfast at 8 :30 are served in the restaurant or in its sea view terrace in the garden
• Daily room cleaning between 8:30 and 11:30.
• Mountain bikes, kayaks, scuba diving equipment, sea shoes, table tennis, volley-ball, computers with free internet access, library, a public television with satellite channels and indoor games.
• Booking of excursions, golf, car rental, taxi and other activities.
La Villa
Non loin des Bungalows, aménagées dans la Villa qui trône au dessus de l’océan, 4 chambres, aux teintes calquées sur la nature environnante, s’ouvrent et se referment au gré de ses hôtes. En effet, chaque chambre est à priori indépendante mais peuvent également se communiquer pour accueillir une réunion de famille ou un groupe. Une grande terrasse commune sert de lieu de rassemblement à l’heure de l’apéritif en attendant de rejoindre le restaurant. Toutes les chambres s’ouvrent directement sur l’océan par une baie vitrée qui se coulisse sur une terrasse privée. Chacune comprend un lit à baldaquin, un salon, une kitchenette et une salle de bain.
« Auberg’inn » . Le RESTAURANT
Le restaurant, chaleureux et convivial, avec sa terrasse vue sur mer, ouvert au public, propose ‘à la carte’ un vaste choix de plats raffinés inspirés d’une cuisine fusion concoctés avec des produits frais. Ils se dégustent dans une ambiance jazzy, accompagnés de vins du monde sélectionnés avec soin. Le service y est appliqué et personnalisé.
