As a continuation of providing unique and eminent services, Saraya announced its new company "Saraya Realty" later that same year, marking it as the second elite service to be announced.  "Saraya Realty" will be the exclusive global property provider of sales, leasing and re-sale activities for all Saraya's luxurious destinations targetin both end-users, second-home buyers, as well as investors through various product packages tailored to meet their utmost satisfaction while also bringing returns to their investments.  "Saraya Realty" will also be responsible for handling all the clients' property selection requirements which also include helping in the choice of interiors for all property owners as well as responding to their personal needs.

Additionally, and in order to capitalize on the exceptional growth and development the region has been witnessing, Saraya has also announced jointly with the Arab Bank the Saraya Real Estate Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Fund and was closed for the amount of $250 million.  The MENA Fund will invest in targeted tourism and real estate projects through direct equity investments, with the initial focus on countries in the GCC and Levant.  Saraya MENA Fund announced its first investment in Saraya Island's project in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE.
