Spa Botanica, Singapore

Singapore's Favourite Spa

Spa Botanica, set in the lush grounds of The Sentosa Resort & Spa on Sentosa island is Singapore’s first tropical garden destination spa. Constantly ranked among the best destination spas in the world, Spa Botanica is a haven for luxurious indulgence.

From a tropical garden setting to a carefully choreographed menu of signature treatments to the dedicated service delivery, Spa Botanica offers a unique experience that allows the guests to connect with themselves and embrace nature.

Spa Botanica promises a blend of indoor pampering or treatments outdoors. By harnessing the very best in spa ingredients and blending it with a lush environment, you can look forward to soothing treatments from the region’s top spa therapists.

Before treatments even begin, guests are encouraged to enjoy the spa gardens with cascading waterfalls, fl oatation pools and lap pool. Opt for volcanic mud to be applied to the body to cleanse, nourish and moisturise the skin. Then de-stress and reconnect with nature in the meditation labyrinth. This pretreatment ritual increases the therapeutic effect of the treatment to follow. In fact, for most visitors possibly the most stressful part of their visit is deciding which treatment to revel in!

Back to nature with Spa Botanica

Designed for ultimate relaxation, the signature packages are best enjoyed when time is of no object. Guests can make optimum use of the spa’s facilities and garden grounds.

The spa’s highly-recommended signature treatment is the Five Elements Cleanse and Purifying Ritual. The detoxifying body treatment comprises Tibetan and Traditional Chinese medicine origins with ginseng and lotus blossom. It begins by cleansing the body with natural water chestnut body cleansing milk. A detoxifying massage with warm herbal oil and healing clay enhances the elimination of body toxins. It continues with a healing clay wrap rich in natural salts which deeply nourishes the skin. Finally, a herbal bath and refreshing body moisturising session prepares the guest for a revitalising journey to good health.

The three-hour Tropical Glow treatment is an established favourite. The blend of indigenous tropical fruits, fl owers and spices smoothens the skin and creates a truly natural botanical experience. It includes a rhythmic massage for a natural skin workout followed by a refreshing shower. The result? Radiant healthy glowing skin! As with many of the treatments available, this too can be enjoyed by either individuals or couples.

Botanical Refresh

For guests with the luxury of time, the Botanical Refresh is an ultimate indulgence. The total experience is one that revitalises, relaxes and refreshes one’s senses with specialised aromatherapy treatments. A Vichy rain shower treatment is offered with an aromatic Body Booster and an aromatherapy massage. After a light lunch, a premium organic facial and a spa pedicure treatment will round up the day leaving the guest feeling fully rejuvenated.

Nestled next to Spa Botanica, an all-new restaurant, The Garden delivers a destination dining experience termed Conscious Dining. Serving a wholesome contemporary cuisine in an idyllic respite, the chef uses specially sourced organic or bio-dynamic ingredients.

Moving into the wellness arena and complementing Spa Botanica is Seven Eden Wellness Centre, it encompasses a lifestyle gymnasium with top-of-the-range fitness equipment and a Zest Studio for healthy lifestyle programmes (Aerobics, Flexi Tone, Cardio Sculpt, Taichi and Yoga). Offering Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation, cupping, acupuncture, executive health and active-ageing programmes and aesthetic medicine for renewed vitality, it is a holistic wellness retreat to reinvigorate the body, soul and mind.
