After enjoying a drink at The Cliff’s outdoor bar amidst the enchanting sunset, diners can savour the freshest ingredients prepared with finesse and presented like delectable works of art.

 

The menu reflects a creative gastronomy with distinct contemporary French flair. A favourite with regulars are the Tasting of Oysters, available with a number of winning combinations, including fresh shucked with tuna and avocado tartare or baked with forest mushroom fricassee and foie gras hollandaise. The tempting dessert platter, Chocolate Experience for Two, features warm 70% guanaja foam with vanilla ice-cream, 55% equatorial macaroon and 66% caraibe sorbet with mint espuma and more.

A Culinary Experience

 

Signature dishes include Pan Roast Black Cod with puree of potato, leek and bacon ragout and Wild Canadian Lobster poached in chardonnay nage, creme fraiche with fettuccini and fresh herbs. Meat lovers can delight in A Study of Kurobuta Pork comprising bacon-wrapped rib eye, crisp roulade of confi t shoulder and cider braised belly with fennel ‘risotto’.

 

The Cliff’s reputation has earned it numerous laurels, with recent ones being the winner of the Singapore Business Review The Top 50 Restaurants Awards 2008 – Three Chef’s Hats, Wine & Dine Singapore’s Top Restaurants Guide 2008 – Special Awards: Best Ambience (Western), Singapore Best Restaurant Guide by Singapore Tatler 2008 and Simply Dining Restaurant Guide 2008 – Gold Award.
